Mrs. Seema Sheoran is a renowned educationist whose journey reflects a deep-rooted passion for learning, institution-building and the transformation of educational spaces. Her primary and foundational education in Kharkhoda, Haryana shaped her understanding of the aspirations, challenges and potential of students from rural communities.
An academician at heart, she served as an Assistant Professor of Political Science in degree colleges before moving into school leadership. From 2008 to 2022, she played a significant role in the growth of Bal Bharti Vidya Peeth. From 2023 to 2026, she continued this work at Satyanand Public School, Gohana, where student strength grew from approximately 750 to 1,450 alongside stronger parental trust, academic reputation and educational opportunity.
Her approach brings academic excellence, discipline, creativity, values, sports, communication and holistic development together. She believes that the quality of an institution is inseparable from the quality of its educators, and has consistently encouraged teacher training, professional collaboration and student-centred learning.
Her next chapter is dedicated to the educational upliftment of rural communities around Baroda Village—creating pathways for children to dream without limitation and receive the education, exposure and opportunities needed to turn those dreams into reality.
